These terms cover your use of wahipono.com and the text messages you may receive from Wahi Pono at Kings Point LLC (“Wahi Pono,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. Membership in the space will have its own agreement when we open.
You can browse the site and join our waitlist for free. Please give us accurate information and don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it or access parts of it you aren’t meant to.
Joining the waitlist doesn’t reserve a membership or commit you to anything. Details about membership, pricing, and opening dates may change as we get ready to open.
Program. Wahi Pono at Kings Point LLC sends two kinds of text messages to people who opt in on our website:
Opting in. You opt in through the chat widget on wahipono.com by entering your phone number and checking the box for each kind of message you want. The two are separate: you can choose either, both, or neither. Opting in is never a condition of membership or purchase.
Frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We’ll send one confirmation and then no more texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The words, photos, logos, and design on this site belong to Wahi Pono or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee it will always be error free or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, Wahi Pono isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the site or our messages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
We may update these terms. We’ll change the effective date above when we do.
