Wahi Pono at Kings Point LLC (“Wahi Pono,” “we,” “us”) runs wahipono.com and the coworking space at 4770 Kings Point Rd., Minnetrista, MN 55331. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What you give us. When you join our waitlist, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give it, what you do, the parts of Wahi Pono you’re interested in, and how you heard about us. When you message us through the chat widget, we collect your name, phone number, and message. If you agree to receive text messages, we record which kinds you chose and when.

What your visit tells us. We use Fathom Analytics to count visits and see which pages people view. Fathom does not use cookies and does not collect personal information that identifies you. When you arrive from a link with tracking tags (for example, a flyer QR code), we note the source so we know which outreach is working.

If you opt in through the chat widget on our website, we’ll send the kinds of texts you chose: customer care messages, promotional messages, or both. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting in is never a condition of membership or purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We do not sell your information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Wahi Pono, and only for that purpose: our website host, our customer relationship and messaging platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), and our analytics provider (Fathom). They may not use your information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep your information while you’re on our list or a member, and for a reasonable period after so we can honor your choices. Ask us to delete it any time.

Wahi Pono is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee it.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date above. Significant changes will be shared with people on our list.
